OUR MISSION

OUR STRATEGIC “Doing” PLAN

After most of the targets in the 2015 MicroResearch Strategic Plan were met by 2020, we decided to reimagine the future and create a plan that focused on measurable actions to help grow and sustain the program. Through our Strategic Doing meetings held virtually in November 2021, key partners and stakeholders from North America and Africa discussed potential key areas of priority. This resulted in the Four A’s: Awareness, Alumni, Administration, and Accessing Funding. View a summary of the report here: Strategic Doing Report 2021.
